I am a small agriculturist at Kakarlavari Palli, Kadapa Dist. Andhra Pradesh. I wanted to fence my land for 500 running feet. I approached M/s. Bokaria Wire Products pvt. Ltd Chennai to purchase the required materials (TATA Barbed Wire and TATA binding wire) on 26-03. They told me that 150 Kgs Barbed wire and 8 Kgs of binding wire are required to fence this area and told me that Rs.57=00/kg is the price for barbed wire and 75=00/kg for binding wire. I paid cash immediately and bill was made. When I asked for materials they told me that materials were not ready right now and it had to be produced on 27-03 and dispatch will be done on 27-03 itself and the materials will be reached through Kranti Road Transport (Pvt) Limited to your place on 28-03.. I believed them and went away to my native place.
The above mentioned company have forgotten me after receiving 100% advance. If I telephoned, they will not lift the phone. Till I went and sat in their office on 04-04 they have not dispatched the materials from their factory. The materials have reached from their factory around 8.30 p.m to their office at Periamet. At that time they have not shown me the weight of materials. I went along with their vehicle to book the materials to Kranti Road Transport (Pvt) Ltd at Walltax Road. There the transport employees wanted to weight the materials. The barbed wire weight was 143 Kgs only and 8 Kgs of Binding wire was there. There was a low weight of 7 Kgs barbed wire. When I contacted M/s. Bokaria wire products mobile phone no:98400 91006 the person who is doing business was not lifting the mobile. 15 minutes Iater he attended the mobile and informed he was correct and the materials he dispatched from his factory was 150 Kgs. This weight was done infront of the driver of M/s. Bokaria Wire Products Pvt Limited and the driver also informed his owner that the weight was 143 Kgs only.
I booked my materials and went away. On 06-06 when I once again telephoned to the above mentioned company, he was not lifting his mobile. After 20 minutes continuous dialing he was attended the mobile. He told me that he has to confirm with his factory people for weight of the material and within 5 minutes the confirmation will be made to you and telephone was disconnected. After 2 hours also I was not received the confirmation from this company. Once again I called him, the response is the same that he was not lifting his mobile. After 30 minutes continuous dialing he lifted mobile and shouted on me that if you donot have any work come and collct the money from us for 7 Kgs of Materials. Money is not important for me for 7 Kgs of materials. If any shortage of materials for my land at my native place for fencing what will be my position. Again I have to come Chennai for materials. This leads to very hard to me.
Sir, How the dealership has been given to companies like Bokaria Wire Products Pvt Limited who is doing business with cunning mentality and fruadulant activities. TATAs company image is destroying by these people. Hence I request you to kindly take immediate action on this company.
