False assurance of 3 to 5 star hotel booking

We had purchased book my holiday from bag it today . our unique id is 90559067. We had been fooled and given fraudulent information about the package by its employee Rohan. We were told that on payment of Rs 6000 (approx) we would be entiled to 4 nights 6 days at 3, 4, 5 stars property in India if we book 21 days in advance

We have planned a trip to Puri in August and we have already sent a DD of Rs 450 /- to them. There is no one to answer our query and book my stay. I called up their customer care no, there executive Abhishekh and Prabha both banged the phone without answering my queries. And then when I would call up their helpline no 01206182100, they would pick and disconnect my call.

They have cheated us of almost 6500 INR (including the DD of 450) which we sent them for booking out hotel

The website has no customer complaint no or mail id.

Can you suggest how to penalize them
