Paid money but still my oder pending

Dear sir,

i have paid Rs 885 to purchase two books from this company, payment done on date 23 March from icici bank-Bharuch (Gujarat) to a/c no 628705006920 icici -bank sanjay palace Agra. My oder no is 18214 dated 19 march i have email the company about payment but no reply from company so far.
