Goods not received after paid the ammount in advance through credit card

Dear sir,

I have launch one complain regarding poor service after receiving full amoount through my SBI Credit Card no 51012869xxxx3808 on 30th Oct of Rs 2249.00.

This order was placed on telephonic talk with your representative on 28th oct for adidas shoe as well as after asking of my order no he told me that will convey by mail.

I had also order for three cd's for which the confor mation was send from your side of rs 574. on 22nd oct bearing order no: MITBC-WEB-01085119.

STILL I AM WAITING FOR ADIDAS SHOE AS WELL AS CD'S.

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENT OF CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWING DEDUCTION OF 2249.00 0N 30TH DEC 08.

PLEASE TELL WHEN YOU PLACED MY ORDER.

HOPING FOR QUICK RESPONSE FROM YOUR END. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE SAME.

STILL WATING FOR MY ORDER.
