I booked an order for 12 books worth Rs.2598/- vide order no.0GA090064121.I received the books & was alotted a unique no. When I submitted the no. your system doesnot accept & says it is a wrong no. I have registered my complaint before laso but no action has been taken so far. Your telephonic call is of no help. It is absolutely ridiculous.
