On the mail recd. from the India Today Book club for the free Gift of Reebok Watch worth Rs.2990/- on the sale of the 4 Nos. of Book. After discussion with the India Today book club I have subscribed for the Order and accordingly made the payment and recd. the 4 nos. of Books at the cost of Rs.499/- and In the parcel of the Books I have not recd. any of the free gifts. Upon enquiry of the same with the India Today book club, they have informed me to feed the unique no. on the site address provided by them. I have tried the same but the site was not accepting the unique no. as provided by the India Today book club and I have communicated the same also to India Today book club. Initially they apologised for the same andd then in the subsiquest communications they informed that there site have some problem and the matter will be sorted in next 48 hours, but even after the lapse of almost 4-5 days the site is still not accepting and responding to the uni1que no.
I have already informed the India Today book club that if the matter is not resolved immediately then the matter will be forwarded to the appropriate authority, but still no action or solution or feedback in the right direcction is seen from the India Today book club.
I hereby request to pl. look into the matter and take up the same with India Today book club and give me the justice alongwith the penalties to India Today book club for fsuch cheating and to restrain from doing such acts with other innocent customers who by their frodulant intentions getting into their traps,
Pl. look into the matter and kindly give me the feedback in this respect.
