I am a member of irctc from last 4 years and I got an sms a day ago that I got saving voucher of Rs 5197 with voucher number Q30062 from www.bookstoday.in when I went on the website it said the offer got closed. It also claimed to send an email which I never got.
I am in USA right now and the SMS was received at my home and forwarded to me. Its really pain in neck to follow up such fake offers from government organizations.
