Sir,

I alongwith my family had travelled from Guwahati to Ernakulam in Guwahati-Ernakulam Express (train no.2508) i AC 2 Tier on 25-09-09 with ticket PNR no.612-9363700 .We have faced the following problems;-

(a) The AC 2 tier compartment (coach WGACCW 04062) was very old and deteriorated. All bathrooms were very ugly and no body could enter in it due to bad smell and pipes in broken condition. Door of one bathroom remained open from Guwahati to Ernakulam as its door damaged. No action taken by the Guard/TTE despite complaints. I asked for complaint book, but the guard Mr. BSV Nair of Chennai Zone told me that there is no complaint book held with him.

(b) The beddings/cloths given to the passengers are in used/non washed condition. The attender told me that they are getting the used beddings from the source.

(c) There was no water in all AC coaches from Chennai to E Road. We were complainting to guard from Chennai But the water filled only at E Road. Appx 8 hrs the passengers had to control their wish to go to toilet. Some senior citizon passengers in our compartment sufferred a lot.

(d) Sir, if AC 2 Tier passengers are neglected like this, what may be the condition of other passengers? Please guess
