Delay in delivery of A part more than 3 months

Model No:- BOSCH GSR 9.6 V - DRILLING MACHINE

Required part: ON AND OFF BUTTON TO BE REPLACED .

Complient Dated :- November 5 th/10

Complient given to :- Gajuwaka delear (Mr. Sandeep) -Shyam Enterprises.

Area/sales manager :- MR. SREKANTH - Hyderabad

We purchased the above model and a problem arised on 5th november and machine was shown to your dealer and was found the ON/OFF button defective and to be replaced. Requested 10 days for replacing the part. But till date the part was not replaced nor responded. Even we reminded Area manager Mr. Srekanth several times, but no action. Today dealer confirmed that the part not availble and cannot do theservice to the machine. Mr. Srekanth always giving false promises and skiping always. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THE MATTER IS GOING TO TAKE VERY SERIOUS AND LODGING A COMPLIENT THROUGH CONSUMER FORM.
