Boss consultancy Services in kerala gave us a house maid named Aniyamma, on April 18 upon our request. For that we made an advance payment of Rs 4500 as registration charges through bank account transfer through SBT, City Branch to the consultancy. We live in Bangalore. The maid was physically not well. We wanted a maid mainly to look after my 10 month old kid. She was not able to carry him also nor do any work at home and she told that she s undervent 4 operations before. She told us that just on a trial basis Boss has sent her for a month to impress us and then he will give a differnt person later. After 22 days she left. We paid her 22 days salary. Then the consultancy people were not bothered to call up or give us a different maid. We called them and asked for refund. They told they ll refund in 2 days. Everytime we call they say the same thing and we have already spent a lot of money calling these people. Atlast after a month I told them alteast to give a maid. Then they agreed to that and sent a different maid, Omana.; She was a bosing kind of charachter and we were not so comfortable to leave my kid with her alone when I go to work. After 2 weeks, we sent her off giving 2 weeks salary. Even after that consultancy people were not bothered to call up or sent a maid or refund the amount. Again we strted calling them and still the same response. They tell that they will refund in 2 days everytime we call. We are just fed up of this and we have lost our money, Rs 4500. Today when I called he is abusing over the phone. Today I saw in the net about many people complaining about this agency. Kindly help
