I am an Instructor in a vocational training center in Srilanka. we have a BPL FYR60YB3 tv.now tv is not working.we found that IC QXXAVB499 (M37221M8-129SP) is defective. I replaced IC. But we donnt have the service maual to initialize the ic.please be kind enough to send me the service manual for above tv
