We are the user of loop (BPL) mobile corporate plan, in which acording to our plan call rate of bpl to bpl is 10 paise, bpl to other mobile is 30 paise etc.
But now they changed our plan in which call rate of bpl to bpl is 30 paise & bpl to other mobile is 50 paise etc without our permission.
Our company having 50 to 60 connections, so please look into matter & relpy early.
