SCAM -charging the customer without thier knowledge

It has been observed, since i purchased a new no.

1.My daily balance was being deducted without making any call, etc

2.An auto ring tone was installed without my acknowledgement, where by the money was deducted.

3.Without my knowledge, my number was circulated, for their promotional activity. This is seer intruding on my privicy and causing mental disturbance. Moreover i was told by the BPL staff, that to disconnect it takes 45 day. (My point is if BPL can circulate within seconds of purchasing the new no. Why should they take 45 days, and harass the customer.

4.SCAM- the most important, BPL has been fleecing all the customers of thier balance from pre Paid, by Subscribing VAS (or ticking the boxes at their end) with the customer knowing. Only when one sees his / her balance, will one know that without using the cell, there is more scam.

(I have purchased a Pre-Paid)...
