Pathetic network coveraga outside Mumbai

Dear Sir,

I am a BPL mobile subscriber (post paid connection) for the past two years. When I was on a visit to Ratnagiri, my handset showed no network bars.

After lodging a complaint with the call center of the company, they did not even bother to reply to mail.

BPL Mobile seems to be least interested in improving its network... it was really a bad experience I could not make an outgoing call due to non -availability of network. Call drops are frequent, network congestion are recurring issues on BPL mobile network.

What is the use of a mobile phone when I am unable to reach someone in case of urgency?

Such is the plight of mobile operators in India, customer complaints are not taken seriously... mobile operators turn a deaf ear.

Another concern is in the last bill the company has charged me 12.36% service tax instead of 10%.

The customer service executive said company has not received any intimation to implement new service tax hence nothing can be done about it.

BPL mobile sucks...
