Sir,
i am a BPL mobile subscriber since 2 years. Since i have taken a BPL connection, i am facing problem using WAP based services. I have complained to costumer care several times but they dont resolve my problem. Actually when i try to access WAP service, it shows "conection not available" or "network busy" and after several try it gets connected once but for a short duration.
So i request to resolve my problem and provide me better WAP service.
