I have been a BPL Mobile Platinum Class user since the past 10 years. Ever since i moved to Juhu Versova Link Rd last year have been experiencing network problems.
I was informed 6-8 months ago that new cell sites were coming up... nothing has changed, on the contrary i see the call dropping like crazy since almost a fortnight... All my friends/clients using BPL have also been experiencing continuous and frustrating call drops.
My relationship manager Punit has now come up with a new story about a new cell site that will come up in 60-90 days...
Am not buying their story:
My question is should BPL not compensate me by providing me CALL FWDING as COMPLIMENTARY till they fix their network problems, while i buy a Vodafone connection with CALL FWD on my BPL number. My Relationship Manager, Punit says this is not possible.
My business is geting badly affected, yet i am unable to take BPL to task for providing me faulty service...
Every call i make or receive drops every 30 secs, and i make 5 additional calls to keep the conversation going... This in turn will mean additional billing which i will be charged for...
Do advise if i can/should file a case with the Consumer Forum. My Relationship Manager, Mr. Punit's mobile number is 9870294462.
Would appreciate an immediate response.
