I refilled my cell after 48 the amt is reduced back coz bpl says the dealer said he recharged the mobile by mistake it was recharged for the wrong number ;

i call & speak wit the mobile assist (customer service) while clarifying the the problem the could not explain it & was reapiting the same thing & he & his colleuge was laughing & then he hung up the phone: wit out informing ; the most poorest service by bpl mobile
