I am old Bpl mobile coustomer [ ie. last Years having mobile no. 9821621316 ], Frequently going out of Mumbai for official work, I had bad expierience of Net work during my travel to Pune on dated. 21 Nov from 7.00 PM till now, My cell is showing " No Network Coverage " I Regulerally in touch with Bpl Toll free no. requesting them to do the needfull inthis regards, But unfortunatly I am not getting relief from issue, I have been told to visit Mubai Bpl gallary, as there is no services at Pune,

How I can go to Mumbai, I am totally stuck up from last three days.
