Unfortunately purchased 'FAULTY BRAND AND MACHINE'

Sub: Problem not rectified from 23rd Jul'09 – Reg.

We have purchased One washing machine of Sanyo make Model No. JSW 80 SRT on 18th Feb’09 from Big Bazar, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad.

We have observed some sound while it is working and lodged a complaint with the authorized service centre of Sanyo (M/s. JeeVees Consumer Service Centre, Uppal, Hyderabad, Phone No. 040-64591168) vide complaint No. 335 dated 23.07.09. (Similar problem also found in Mar’09 and it has been rectified).

They have visited and found that the Suspension Rod has broken and it has be to be replaced. They have also informed that the machine can be operated with broken rod and within one week promised to replace the same.

It is more than three months, even with our regular follow-up and requests nothing has happened and the sound of the machine is day by day increasing. Every time we are getting only one answer stating ‘Order placed (No. 22272) and not received the spare part from Bangalore office’, we are not having the contact number of the BPL Sanyo company.

From the last 20 days we are not operating the machine as it is making big sound while in operation.

We understood that by mistake we have selected a wrong brand and faulty machine.

The same has happend with our BPL-Sanyo DVD also, within a short period the DVD player lost its functioning.

Because of the BPL brand name, we are purchasing this but understood not to purchase any Sanyo products in future.
