BPL TELECOM PRIVATE LIMITED
FAULTY TELEPHONE UNDER WARRANTY

I purchased one BPL Telephone set (model No. LONA 3087) bearing serial no. GG 12080793 12379 from Tonmoy Centre, Behala on August 10. Since the date of purchase, there were some technical problems and formal complanint was lodged through the franchaisee for necessary replacement/repair. I was assured that the concerned engineer of the manufacturer would visit my residence for necessary replacement. I have visited more than 10 times since then and every time were assured that someone would come within next 3 working days with replacement set. Unfortunately, a considerable time has lapsed and neither I received any calls nor replacements yet. I seek your guidance on this.
