Free Repair of Shoes

I had purchased a pair of Red Tape shoes from Brand Factory, Shyamal Cross Roads around 26th to 29th of May.

As per the rules of this store, they have to give free repairs for the shoes in case the shoes are damaged within a period less than 1 year from the date of purchase.

Now the case is that the bill has been deteriorated and is not readable. The only thing readable on it is the LOGO of Brand Factory (IT is a watermark).

So I visited the shop and requested the concerned person to repair my shoes. As he asked for the bill, I showed him the same bill & they denied to repair it considering my bill as a fake one. I gave them the details of the bill like the time of billing (It was between 8PM to 9PM) and the billed amount and the things I purchased. (I had purchased 2 Shirts from John Miller worth 899 (Both shirts Included) & a pair of Red Tape Shoes worth 1499Rs., the total bill amount being Rs 2398).

Now, the store incharge clearly denied to fix my shoes stating that it is against the company policy to give a duplicate bill and he is not authorized to check the past bills and give repairs.

It is just because of their negligent attitude that I am not able to use those brand new shoes after wearing it twice for 2 hours daily.

Please help me out regarding the same.
