Sir,

Despite the complaint lodged two days, once again this morning the error 678 has re-appeared and the broadband is down.

Cannot reach complaint booking on 1500 as IVR systems abruptly stops and no oned answers 2225225 (time 11.35am)

Finally I have lodged complaint # 4 on phone 2385385 (Telephone exchange at Sushant lok, Gurgaon)

Please note high frequency of error occurrence on account error 678
