When I had your product 125 H the spee of broad band was quite high, I use to talk and view my children easily on webcam .the communication was quite satishfactory.
but since Igot the PLAN -250 H, the communication became very difficult, I have to close my webcam for voice communication
kindly look into this and ractify the fault (increase the speed) at the earliest
