Whenever I switch ON the modem I get a message "Windows-system error- There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network". Besides, Ihave not been able to log in till last week of Jan and from March 27to April 21st as my computer was down and I was out of station also for some time. However, I find that Broad Band was used during this period when actually I had not used. The same is the case in the months of Feb and March with highly inflated bills confirming that some one else has been using from some other location. I wonder how it has happened!!!??? I am also not able to log on to my bsnl mail.

My usage was only in the mornings/late at nights only but I find it being logged on during daytime also when my house is locked.
