Broad Band
Over Billing

I am availing broad band facility with my land line No. 27480377.

Since last two months I am getting exorbitant bill beyond the tarrif plan of 199 for the same.

Pl. refer bill dt.9.10.2008 and 9.11.2008 and written complaints inthis regards.

Please ensure justice, and if not possible pl. advise me to surrender the broad band facility.
