Plane: Home 500

Thouhg my plan is Home 500[free usage 2A.M to 8 A.M]

i am charged as if i am in HOME 250 plan[no free usage]

This is been happening for last 3 months.

So Each month excess i do manual calculation.and submit the refactored bill. I used to regularly complaint about this issue to customerrelations officer [jeevan bheema nagar]

Once i met the area manager and infrormed him and he promised me he ll take up the issue seriously. But it all was going in to deaf ears.

Still i am getting excess bill and keeping doing this calculation...
