My broad was connected just 2 days back. It worked for a day and now it is dead. When I try to compalin on 1957 the lady never listen and cut the phone. This happen 6times. Most of the time, it is very difficult to get the line on 1957 and when you get it you get rude behaviour. Why?
Why can't BSNL train their staff for proper behaviour?
