Excess usage due to link failure after every 5-10 minutes

I have broad band facility on my telephone no. JPN 2252687.Bill of dec 08 and jan 09 shows excess usage of broad band, on reciept of bill for dec 08 i immidiately complained to PRO Office on 24-01-08 but nothing was done d. Simultaneously no.of compplaints at 198 and 1957 were lodged to rectify the defect of failure of link time and again but the concerned staff could not identify the defect and this fault persisted till 5th march 09 when mr. Nikhil was able to get it rectified the fault of exchange by giving directions to staff of exchange through telephone sitting at my residence r . cause of excess usage is logging of same site time and again due to failure of broad band link, this aspect of fault no body in the deptt. try to understand, i also made a complaint to GMT JALANDHAR on21-02-09 for which i am yet not recieved any reply neither my bill for dec.-08 and jan 09 has been corrected so far. excess
