Unexpected bill

Sir,

I am from telephone no.03482249341.On my january'09 telephone bill it was stated that before 31st March broad band connection will be free for 15 days as trial offer. For this reason I appliedand it was connected on 25th March 09. But on my 31st March telephone bill contain all the surfing & downloading charges when it was free. The surfing & downloading amount for 7 days was 1452.00 and total bill was 2705.00.

So if you kindly adjust my amount in the next bill I shall be very glad to you.
