I have lodged complaint time and again with '1500' from the last 20-30 days but without any result. The ADSL light is blinking and not static due to which broadband cannot be connected. In the morning hours broadband connection is available but in the afternoon it is just impossible. The staff of local exchange is not accepting the letter of complaint. They are just noting down the faulty number (s).
Second complaint is that of 0141 2354557 which is lying dead sice last 15-20 days. This too is not being set right by the department. We are now thinking to switch over to some private company atleast they would be setting the fault right immediately.
