SIR,

MY DAUGHTER HAD A BROAD BAND CONNECTION A/C NO-315971 (SWATI GIRLS HOSTLE, DHOBI TALAO), PAYMENT OF WHICH IS LONG OUTSTANDING, FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:-

(1) MY REQUEST FOR TEMP DISCONNECTION DURING VACATION TIME IE, MAY & JUN SUBMITTED ON LINE, WITH OUT A REPLY FROM YOUR OFFICE, HAS BEEN BILLED TO ME.

(2) MY REQUEST FOR DISCONNECTION WEF, 1ST AUG AGAIN HAS NOT BEEN ENTERTAINED, WITH NO APPARENT REASON.

(3) COLLECTION OF BILLING AMOUNT USED TO BE DONE AT THE HOSTLE PREMISES BY YOUR REP WHICH AGAIN HAS DISCONTINUED, AS A STUDENT IT WAS A CONVENIENT ARRANGMENT, AS STUDENT WE HAVE NO TIME TO GO TO MAIN OFFICE.

(4) ON LINE PAYMENT IS NOT CONVENIET NOR DOES TELE COMPLAINT ENTERTAIN BEING AUTO.

IT IS SINCEARLY SUBMITTED THAT THE ABOVE BE CONSIDERED AND A FINAL BILL ALONG WITH INDL CONTACT NO AND BILLING ADDRESS BE FWD TO FINALISE THE ISSUE OF PAYMENT
