Since January to June no connectivity for almost 10 to 12 days a month, then what is the purpose of unlimited data plan of Rs. (00. Can this be justified. In June no connectivity for at least half the month, still I have to pay unlimited usage Rs. (00. Is this justified.

No proper helpline service. No technically efficient personell to give proper information on connectivity. What is this?
