Oadband service not connecting

This service connection provided on 16.10.08 to us by your dept, since then the sevices of connecting is improper, blinker light in dsl lamp is nonstop flashing, except half to one hour a day, many efforts have done to rectified it but all in vien, what should we do pl.do needful so that we can connected with the net .pl.remove the problem of connecting the server. thankyou.
