Dear sir/madam,

I Raj kishore, resident of Delhi, had subscribed to your Broadband service (Account number : 14926848). In the subscription form i had chosen the unlimited plan of Rs. 649. But after activation Your network get damaged and my net connection not worked for about 15 days but the charges get charged for same. I complaint for this atleast 9 to 10 times but no action is taken regarding this.

Every time your customer care executive told that the amount of Rs. 194 has been intimate i from our side and you have to pay after deducting this amount from the bill. I am paying the bill from last three months but every time bill is charged with the amount of Rs. 194.

I made numerous complaints everymonth and the details of the complaints are as follows:

2. Reference number : 21231620 Dated : 24/06/09

3. Reference number : 21659152 Dated : 06/07/09
