New Connection Application

Dear SirMadam,

Airtel executive has allready taken the registration amount (Rs 850.00) two months back & still their is no new connection attached in my house.

If Airtel dont want to give me the new connection, then why they are not refunding the registration amount.

I have allready talked to customer care (Refrence No.4943076) many times but still no action.
