Nelson Manickam Road (choolaimedu-94). The last August (1th Augu to 31st 2009) our Branch
Broadband & Telephone Charge Very high..Amount :19679/-, that very much in our branch usage
we are report this complaint in Chennai Kodambackam Cust Care... After then got it Usage
Details, average daily usage 1GB downloading, thats very very high in our company connection status
Manappuram Finance above 800 branches are allover india, all branches are using the same Rs.700/-business plan,
our working time 9hours..all bvranches are following the same time and BSNL Broad Band, but
our branch Nelson Manickam Road (Phone No:04423742400) Usage every second and minut totally
DOWNLOADED and UPLOADED the August Month Usage details. That is entirly different in our Usage... Thats wrong reading we paid that amout. So please Check out That deatails As soon as possible...(Then we are Using the same system and connection September 1to 17th) then our usage bill only Rs:1025). Please rectify and reverse that wrong downloading reading and
please credit that amount our account. Enclosed with Bill Usage Details And Request Letter
