Does anybody ever listen in BSNL?
I am a Broad Band (Dataone) Subscriber of BSNL at Srinagar, J&K on land line number 2478761. I had a very good speed but due to over usage I switched from Plan Home 250 to Home 750UL this month. Unfortunately internet speed has gone very very slow. I don't know if it is official on the part of BSNL to switch from good speed to dismal speed at the time of change of plan from Home 250 to Home 750 unlimited.
I curse the day i thought of changing the plan.
Please help me. I am being put into a lot of inconvenience. I can just understand the agonies of other people who are made to suffer for no fault of their own.
I wish we had a better and efficient service available in the market and i would definitely consider changing. For the moment i am bound to suffer coz of callous and pathetic attitude of BSNL.
