Very low speed of Broadband

Very low speed of Broadband connection (21KB/sec only) which is quite low for proper net surfing since the date of connection 14th sep 2009. My Broadband connection number is on my landline phone number 01344220785 (Dhampur Distt. Bijnor, U.P.).

Many time complaints have been lodged at local level office and District level but no proper action has been taken till now.

Kindly do the needful to ensure the proper speed for Broadband connection.
