Oad band connectivity problem

I am from uttrakhand haldwani my PNT number is 5946245394 i have broadband connection

H 250 plan with it but it is not working properly i already make telephonic complaint to your office but no response is taken from your side presently i am not in my home town so that i can visit your office pls try to understand my problem and rectify it because my family is suffering due to it. i hope you will take positive action from your end.
