My phone no is 044-42663495. I had asked for segment change from commercial to domestic as the line has been used only for domestic purpose. The connection was mistakenly classified as commercial at the time of installation itself by your staff. It was notified only when i wanted to switch over to the 750/ scheme. Despite repeated reminders no purposeful effort has been made to make the change. Each time i contact, i was told to wait till the next billing session for past 2 months. hence early action is awaited
