Power Faliure

I m the residential of New MS-18, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar New Delhi.

There was no electricity from yesterday morning (22 Mar. 2009) in three houses.

We made the complaint on 22 mar. 2009. but no positive step is taken by BSES.

I made the call to the customer care of BSES four times but every time I get the same reply i.e the complaint is under process and yours problem will rectify within 45 minutes.

BSES RAJDHANI AUTHORITIES AND CM, DELHI IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST..
