Inflated bills

I have been grossly overcharged for the electricity consumed, both at my home and my clinic, (C- 494, Sheikh Sarai 1 and 31 gurunanak market, GK 1 respectively) and the complaints to the the concerned authorities are met with total SILENCE, and the bills very categorically state that if the bills are not paid the connection would be disconnected!!!
