Very irresponsive behavio

I live in QUTUB VIHAR, PHASE-1, NAJAFGARH, I applied for a new 2 KW connection from BSES and submitted my papers, when i did not get any responce from them after 40 days i went to the BSES office NAJAFGARH for the enquiry, where mr. Manish (relationship officer to whom i submitted the file) said that "your file is lost and you have to submit your papers again" i did that as well, then i was told that i will get only temporary connection, i agreed and got a new connection on 02nd july which worked only for 2 days and electricity got disconnected on 04th, i waited till 14th but nothing happened then I called BSES customer care at 01139999707 who registered my complain and assured that someone will come within 45 minutes to rectify the problem, but no one came, since than i have called this number around 10 times and everytime they give me a new complaint number &&today is 19th july and Iam still waiting for that 45 MINUTES BSES service&-???
