I AM RESIDENT OF BLOCK - Q, STREET NO.2 MOHAN GARDEN UTTAM NAGAR
THERE HAS BEEN DAILY POWER FAILURE OF MORE THAN 9 HOURS WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY CONDITION. WE KNOW VERY WELL DUE SHORTAGE IN SUMMER WE HAVE TO FACE THE POWER CUTS BUT IT DOES NOT MORE THAN 9 HOURS. IT SHOULD BE 4 or 5 HOURS WITH PROPER SCHEDULED. AS WE CAN MANAGE OUR DAILY LIFE ACCORDINGLY.
NOW THE CONDITION OF POWER CUT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. BSES DELHI ELECTRICITY SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR IN MOHAN GARDEN AREA.
BSES MUST BE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS EARLIEST BECAUSE PUBLIC IS VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATING WITH THEIR SERVICE.
ONE MORE THING I WANT ADD IN THIS ABOUT BSES CUSTOMER CARE WHICH IS NOT CARE TO CUSTOMERS. THEY CARE ONLY BSES EMPLOYEES AND HIDE REALITY FROM CUSTOMERS.
