Urgent activation

Dear Sir,

I am your airtel custmer. I am staying at Uppal, Hyderabaad. I am senior officer at Business Standard Limited newpaper.

I have lost my mobile on 19.10.08. Mobile No.is 9849012405.On 20.10.08 I went to Ramananthapur airtel office and obtained duplicate sim of same number.

Your executives told that within a day it will be activated. But till now it is not so.

Kindly consider my case seriouselly, as I am working in media, where mobile is very necessary for me.

Please take the necessary action immidiatelly.
