I zishan javed ansari, customer of your bsnl broadband since last 4 years. I have opted for selfcare portal to check my bb usage. I have lost my password. I have tried to get password by forget password link but the password they sent is not working for me. I have gone to my local bsnl office (kamptee) they sent me to nagpur office for that matter but there also i am not getting any response as they say we can't do anything. Please help me to get my username and password for my account to check my bb usage. or reset my username password and send me.my custmer id is (1002126154) my emill id is [email protected] thanks.
