This is to bring to your kind notice that I had recieved a message from BSNL to get info on Karva Chauth. Even after not responding to this message, I recvd a message saying that BSNL Allied Service for Karva Chauth has been activated and I am being charged a fee for this service. I had called up the customer care service of BSNL and it seems that the customer care professionals are quite inexperienced in such matters. I request your goodself to kindly look into this matter and do the necessry to Unsubscribe me from such offers in future as well.
