BSNL Board Band poor service

Sir, i nave a Bsnl board band connection on phone no. 02942423764 last nine months internet is not properly working but i hane been submitted a large numbsrs of complints to the relevant person's and g.m. udaipur on phone or on net but not listen my complints . every 2 or 3 days internet connection disconnected and working after open the phone, plz listen to my payer - rajendra rathore
