CAN'T CHECK MY USAGE DETAILS

Sir, I have been using bsnl broadband for the last 8 months. I cannot check my usage details. though i called customer care, they told me to check in dataone.in or bbservices.bsnl.in. I entered my portal id and password which was showing 'invalid user name or incorrect password'. What should I do?? Where can I get this?? If my password is wrong where can I get it?
