Dear sir,

i booked a ticket in name of AK BAGWANI for 5TH of feb from ludhiana junction to new delhi on 2014A ldh shatabdi but was unable to get it booked by irtc whereas my bank (hdfc) debited my a/c by the fare amount by RS 355. CONFIRM ME WHETHER THE TICKET HAS BEEN BOOKED OR NOT. IF NOT THEN WHAT ABOUT THE MONEY& IF YES THEN WHERE IS THE TICKET
